<p>There’s nothing black about our Ume Forest Cake. Whilst inspired by the European classic, Black Star Pastry’s version has a distinct Japanese flavour profile. Infused with the distinctive flavour of ume, Japanese plum fruit, hojicha sponge (roasted green tea) is layered with Choya confit ume in umeshu infused cream and garnished with dark chocolate leaves and bark, topped with a whole confit ume.
