<p>We have been busy stockpiling spice, proving dough, and marinating orange peel in preparation for the annual release of our Easter Hot Cross Buns. Cushiony, spicy, and sweet, the buns smell of allspice and invoke Easter memories, owing to a fragrant frankincense syrup that is glazed all over and allowed to seep into the buns.</p>
