The most decadent cake we’ve ever created is layered with salted caramel chocolate, flourless choc sponge, dark chocolate cremeux and a light chocolate mousse. Inspired by a desert sunrise, the mousse is dusted with dark chocolate and contoured to create the effect of windswept dunes. A dark chocolate wave mimics a distant mirage simmering under a gold brushed, passionfruit chocolate 'sun’ rising from the dunes.
