A classic French delicacy, our pastry chefs have mastered the Quiche Lorraine. Boasting perfect short crust pastry that is crunchy and so very buttery - thanks to our friends as Pepe Saya butter, this creation hits the right notes of salty and creamy. Generously filled with egg custard, smoky bacon, mozzarella cream, the quiche is then garnished with short-cut bacon crisped to perfection. Originally a favourite of Duke Charles III of Lorraine, this Quiche Lorraine is also a favourite of our Black Star Pastry friend, Star.
