Sausage Roll

Our blend of beef and pork mixed with handpicked fresh herbs has been spiced! Thanks to our friends at Gewürzhaus, the addition of their Berbere spice blend gives our original house made sausage roll a hint of zing and warmth, combining chilli, cardamom and fenugreek. Served with tomato ketchup.

Microwave & Air Fryer Heating

Heat the Sausage Roll on a microwave safe plate for 1 minute with a 1100W microwave.
Place the Sausage Roll in the air fryer, 1800W, 200°C, for 4 minutes.
Check that the core temperature of the Sausage Roll is above 70°C.

Air Fryer Heating

Place the Sausage Roll in the air fryer, 1800W, 200°C, 14 minutes.
Check that the core temperature of the Sausage Roll is above 70°C.

Oven Heating

Preheat oven to 160°C
Place Sausage rolls in the oven.
Heat for 15 minutes and check that the core temperature of the Sausage Roll is above 70°C.
