Traditional Hot Cross Buns
We have been busy stockpiling spice, proving dough, and marinating orange peel in preparation for the annual release of our Easter Hot Cross Buns.
Hand-rolled dense yet cushiony, sticky, spicy and sweet, the buns smell of allspice and invoke Easter memories, owing to a fragrant frankincense syrup that is glazed all over and allowed to seep into the buns.
Available until 10th April.
